Basic Ingredients :
Rice, cooked, preferably kept in fridge overnight
Carrot, diced
Sweet corn, kerneled
Green peas
Eggs
Method :
Saute some minced garlic over heated wok...
Add in diced carrot...
Next, the sweet corn and green peas...
Keep on stirring...
Add in the rice.... don't stop the stirring... ( I know its tiring )
Stir in some light soy souce... evenly
some white peper powder too ...
( no need to add salt, as the soy souce is already salty )

Garnish with sliced cucumber...
Serve hot
