空心菜,也称蕹菜(學名:Ipomoea aquatica),马来文称kangkong,红毛人叫water spinach 或 Chinese spinach。
听说空心菜含多维生素A、B群,铁、钙、钾、镁、磷等矿物质。不过必须煮熟,以减低Fasciolopsis buski姜片虫感染。
