懒惰煮饭，又不想单咬饼干。冰箱里还剩下昨日自制的tuna spread，但即不想吃鲔鱼三明治，又不想浪费。哎呀呀！
自制的 tuna spread 里浓浓的美奶芝 (mayonnaise), 细细的红萝卜丝，少许洋葱，还有点点的胡椒粉 + 乒乓牌较较饼 ( Hup Seng Cream Crackers ) + 一杯热milo = 意外的惊喜。
