冬粉鱼丸汤 Cellophane Noodle & Fish Ball Soup


very simple instruction :

First, mince some garlic, saute over hot wok.
Julienne some carrot ( to garnish ).
Add in a bowl-full of water, put in 10 fish balls, carrot & some cellophane noodle.
Bring to boil.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
